Provo, June 2- The cruel hand of death has claimed as its victim one of Provo's most respected ladies, in the person of Mrs. Laura A. Roylance, wife of the ex-speaker of the House of Representatives, William M. Roylance. The deceased passed away about 3:30 this afternoon. On March 26th Mrs. Roylance gave birth to twins and has since been in poor health, steadily growing weaker during the past two weeks. SHe was born in Provo October 26,1863. She was a daughter of ex-sheriff and Mrs. John W. Turner. She leaves a husband and four young children, besides numerous other relatives.
