  Dated 25th day of Feb. 1864. probated April fall Term 1867 I Spicey Glover being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and ordain and establish my last will and tesement as follows, hereby vevolking all others: I give and bequeath to my niece Samantha D. all my husband's property of every description whatsoever, my said niece is required to keep with her and assist in taking care of her two idiot brothers towit: John H and William R. Glover as long as my said niece and her said brothers, or either of them shall live, if my said niece shall die before my said Nephews or either of them in that event, I require that her heirs and representatives sall keep said nephews or the survivors of them may live, I give to each of my said nephews one bed & funiture. Athe the death of my said niece, Samantha D. then it is my will and desire that the whole of the property given to her by this will shall go to and vest in her children to be theirs and t o belong to them forever.
