      3 May 1748 JNO WARREN & wife SUSANNAH WARREN to Jno Chiswell, as above for 200 pds, lease, 276 ac. Patented as above. Wit: as above. Delivered to Capt Chas Lynch-if Chiswell views veins and mines and approves-will pay 200 pds and WARREN gets one fifth of "oar"; reverts, if not worked within 8 months.
