Mr. Joe Worley Died Last Tuesday Evening

The remains of Mr. Joe Worley, a well-known farmer of this county, were brought
here late Wednesday afternoon from Bainbridge, where he had undergone treatment
in a sanitarium. Mr. Worley quietly passed away late Tuesday evening after
many months of suffering from cancer. He had been in the Bainbridge sanitarium
for some time undergoing treatment for the trouble but all treatment and
medical skill were seemingly without avail.

Mr. Worley is survived by two sons and one daughter. The interment took place
in Long Branch cemetery Thursday morning.
