  Died: Barbara Conway died only 4 days following her first birthday from an unnamed illness which produced vomiting and convulsions. Still barely coping with this tragedy, a second child Gerald Clinton Conway was born on Dec 11, 1930, and died seven days later. Premature and weak, Gerald was never able to nurse enough to sustain life. In her own words, Myrtle wrote, "At twelve thirty-five the morning of the seventh day the Lord called Gerald home to join Him and Barbara. What joy there must have been in Heaven. Can't you just see The Master as He stood with outstretched arms greeting and welcoming first Barbara then Gerald to live with Him through eternity."
