  Died: Greensboro News & Record (NC) - September 12, 1994 Deceased Name: MARY ANN BATCHELOR ENSLEY Mary Ann Batchelor Ensley, 88, of 722 Percy St. died Sunday, Sept. 11, 1994, at her residence. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lakeview Memorial Park. A native of Altamahaw, she was a member of State Street Church of God, and was a homemaker. Surviving are husband, Lawrence Ensley of the home; sons, Fred Ensley of Liberty, and Frank Ensley of Greensboro; brother, Clem Batchelor of Greensboro; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 7-8 tonight at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro, N.C. 27405.
