Doris Lee Harrelson November 22, 1930- March 27, 2005 PHENIX CITY, AL Doris Lee Harrelson, 74, of Phenix City, died March 27, at her residence. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 30 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with the Rev. E. Eugene Langner officiating, according to Colonial Funeral Home, 613 14th Street, Phenix City. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Harrelson was born on November 22, 1930 in Russell County, Ala., the daughter of the late Sallie Hodge East and the late Allen Benjamin East. She retired from Cobb Hospital as an LPN. She was a lifelong member of 1st Baptist Church in Phenix City. She was also a member of the Peacemaker Sunday School Class and the Fairey Harpe Women on a Mission Prayer Group. She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac W. Harrelson. Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Isaac and Deborah Harrelson, Patrick and Sandra Harrelson, all of Phenix City, Harry Matthew and Linda Brown Harrelson of Ft. Mitchell, Ala., and Samuel Allen and Gail Harrelson of Phenix City; two sisters, Mildred Durham Smith of Columbus and Frances E. Worthy of Phenix City; three grandchildren, Joshua, Joey and Brandi.
