Will leaves property to his daughter Elizabeth. !MARRIAGE: Will of Henry Blanks. Will lists his daughter Elizabeth, wife of Daniel Bayts. Census of Virginia, Pittsylvania County, 1782 and 1785, Film 1854091, FHL, lists Daniel Bates as head of a household of 2 for both years. Ancestral file on Dodson line shows an Elizabeth Bates married to Presley Dodson on 22 Oct 1789 in Halifax County, Virginia. (As I can't find later records of Daniel Bates, believe he may have died.)
