Died:
- Mrs. W.E. (Rinda) Ensley 86 of Black Mountain, died Saturday morning in the home of her daughter Mrs. Jeter Ramsey on Rt 4, Marshall, after a long illness.
She was a native of Madison County and a daughter of AE and Sallie Harrison Treadway. Mrs. Ensley was a member of the East Black Mountain Free Will Baptist Church. The Rev. Gordon Keeler and the Rev Francis Radford will officiate. Burial will be in Station Cemetery with grandsons as pallbearers. The body will lie in state 30 minutes before services. Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Ramsey are four other daughters, Mrs. Herman Davis of Marshall, Mrs. R.C, Magill of Asheville, Mrs. Roy Adams and Mrs Lawton Allen of Black Mountain, six sons; Charles of St Petersburg, Fla., Harry of Black Mountain, Jeter and Fred of Swannanoa, The Rev. Howard Ensley of Gaffney, SC, Plato Ensley of Detroit, Mich. Two Sisters Mrs Mae Ledbetter of Asheville and Mrs Cin Davis of Rt 5, Marshall, Three Brothers, George Treadway of Marshall, Curtis of Asheville and Charles Treadway of Walnut; 35 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren. Bowman Funeral Home is incharge.
