If anyone on this site is a part of this family and can submit their material within the next couple of weeks we can still get it in the book. I have some records from their sons James, Hardy and John, but not much else except the children and some grandchildren's names. Loucinda b. ca 1831 Lincoln Co., NC was dau of John and Margaret Brindle Wise who moved from Lincoln to Buncombe Co. 1850-1856. John was son of Henry Wise, son of Frederick Wise who was in Lincoln Co., NC by 1753. Margaret was dau of David Brindle also of Lincoln Co., but died in Catawba Co. after it was formed out of Lincoln in 1842.
