Miss Belle Petty daughter of Mrs. H. A. Petty and C. F. Checketts of Castle Gate were united in wedlock on Wednesday afternoon at the residence of the bride's mother in Castledale. Ex Bishop John Y. Jensen officiated. The ceremony was witnessed by a number of relatives of the bride a family and a few friends. A reception followed and later all present enjoyed a most sumptiuous wedding dinner prepared by the bride and her mother. The newly wedded folks were the recipients of many hearty congratulations and also of a number of pretty and useful presents. The bride wore a beautiful gown of white silk and looked very pretty. She has had charge of the local telephone exchange since its establishment here and has a host of social and business friends. The groom is a locomotive fireman and electrical engineer. His former home was at Logan. Mr. and Mrs. Checketts will live in Castle Gate for a while at which place the parents of the groom reside. The best wishes of a host of friends here are extended the happily wedded pair.
