OLD SECTION (North): For identification purposes, this section is designated as "A" in the alphabetical listing in the Lynnville Cemetery Directory. The designation is not an official label and has nothing to do with the system utilized by the Town in identifying areas of the cemetery.

Rows are numbered from west to east and listings from north to south. This information should be used for general location only as burials were not in a line in most cases.

NOTE: This part of the cemetery was, according to cemetery officials, sold off in plots containing as many as 16 burial plots. The purchaser had sole discretion as to how the arrangement of burial sites would be determined.

A record of burials and the location of those burials were not required. Hence, it is difficult, at best, to locate by exact row. When using this guide, one may want to examine the rows before and after the designated number if the first search does not reveal the desired information.
